One more thing - you can approach some senior married lady employees,or employees with kids,as they can easily spend every month more amount on food than they get in vouchers. So you can request them to do you the favour of taking your vouchers and give you cash in return.
Ask your HR to insist some restaurants to be added as sodexho affilites so if there is a office party in such eating joints, you can spend these vouchers replacing the cash payment, either you are the host or someone else, does not matter, all bachelors vouchers can be used in one go in a party...:icon1:

Any perks and benefits are always part of CTC ,specially if, it is so easy to calculate the monetary value !
Sodexho vouchers are always part of CTC, and they are tax free, the limit can be flat across the company or you can decide max and min limit for each grade to be given per month. More details you can discuss with Sodexho sales people, they do half the work for you(advertising/clarifying/explaining to employees).
Thanks

Hi All,
sodexho vouchers can be exchanged for cash, I do it regularly, get in touch with some small supermarket / grocery store who accepts sodexho vouchers and ask him, but he will charge you around 4 - 9 %, as I am a regular customer of a super market in my locality, he charges me only 4%.
happy encashing.
