The employee dependents will get the pension benefits irrespective the cause or timing of death. The condition is only that the employee should be member of PF till the death.
In only ESIC the member should be in company premises or on companies work while death, then the employee dependents are eligible for benefits.

It is not possible that organisation should not deduct PF for employee who basic is below Rs.6500/-.It is a mandatory.

If any employee Basic + DA is above 6500/- then is he eligible for PF Decuctions or scheme. or the company have to contribute 12% compulsory but his share is volunteer. Can you breif clearly about this.

if employee basic+DA is more than 6500 at the time of joiningthan employer is not bound
to pay his share as well as not bound to deduct employee share.
