Dear All,
As per the PF act only employees who are below 6500/- need to be covered in the PF act. That literally means that the employer has a choice to omit or include the people who are in a higher range above 6500/-.
Comming to the point of privious employer we need to take the form 11 as advised by Mr Majlis.

Can any employer discontinue providing PF if an employee after getting increment is earning more than 6,500 basic? What is the procedure for discontinuation?
If an employee earning more than 6,500 wants to get PF but the employer is not interested to provide, can the employee claim for the same?
