From Gross To Ctc Calculations - Xls Download

Hi
My company is moving from Gross salary calculations to CTC. I am confused as to how to go about the calculations becoz all my statutory compliances are on gross or basic and DA, and basic and DA over here are a percentage of gross.
Please suggest.
