Pls specify what is the main purpose of having a service agreement bond. For eg it is to cover confidentiality of data or adherence to rules and regulations or minimum service period to be completed or some exit clause.

Thx for giving me your valuable time, actually my company is dealing in Software Development and BPO/KPO works. We have planned to sign a service bond to all software development employees. first we planed 1 to 2 yrs service bond after we will reduce this time. We are taking this action only for breaking employee changeover.
