if
1. anybody work only for 3 days in a week and then satuday -sunday-minday dont come ,sunday will pay or not?

How do you calculate one day salary??
You use 26
or do you use number of working days
or do u use actual dfays in a month like 30 or 31 or 28 or 29
Policy depends on your eresponse to this question
If interested pl respond

If that be the case, intervening Sundays will be counted as leave .
Logic
If you use 26 or the actual working days in a month, then weekly rest days are not paid days. So deduction is already made and you can not deduct once again.
If you pay on actual days in a month say 30 then salary perday is calculated by using 30 as denominator.
A person taking leave on Saturady and Monday can not come on Sunday. To curtail misuse, we include intervening Sundays. If he takes leave upto Saturday and rejoins on monday, you should pay for Sunday.
