HR policies needs to be framed keeping in mind the employee perspective.Policies are meant to be used by employees , hence relevant details without any ambiguity must be there in the policies.
An architecture needs to be created from the time employee applies till he/she exits.Based on teh architectural component policies needs to be framed.
