It is said that most professionals spend their first 20 years of working life trading their health for money and then they spend the money for the next 20 years trying to get back their health! What a folly. In the older days the saying was: If money is lost, nothing is lost; If health is lost something is lost; If character is lost everything is lost. Today it is exactly the opposite and hence we work hard to make enough money buy a car and stop walking and then we eat a lot more than we can digest because the food is free in the canteen or subsidised and then we land up with the doctor whose bills are so big that we have to sell the car and start walking all over again; only it's not so funny.
