I am new to this forum. I have to give presentation on motivation to the juniour most level of our Plant divison ( an automobile company). The target audience is in the age group of 40-50 + and our working with our organization for years.

Hi Sonali,
Thanks for the PPT but I am looking for something else As , I have mentioned , I have to train the age group of 40+, so I need something which can motivate them, probably something on Self - motivation.
