Outward Bound Learning For Workmen - Pdf Download

We are planning to organise training programme through Outward Bound learning, for workmen. We wanted to develop necessary infrastructure, models and innovative programs at a our site away ( 50 Km) from the plant. We would like to cover all our 1200 employees.
Can any one suggest us the source where i can get some help in this regard for designing of infrastructure and games/ models etc.
