Very useful form, it’s the first time i’ve seen a requisition format. Is the use of the form a regular part of recruitment at your company, or do you get requests other than the form?

Its the 1st step as part of our recruitment process. For me its an important document as it contains necessary approvals from Functional Executive to CFO and HR so all important heads know what we are also providing the candidate in terms of computer equipment or if the resource is budgeted for or on contract etc.
