If I'm paying an employee Ra.26,000/- per month for all months (except February) considering 26 Days as a base days (working days).
Then how much should I pay as February month consists only 24 working days and rest 4 days are week offs (Sundays)

The output that you get from this person is equal to that of any other month. Moreover, you are not paying on daily wage system. Then why do you reduce the salary for February?

When the monthly emoluments are Rs. 26,000/- this amount is payable irrespective of whether the no. of working days is 26 or not. With 6 days working in a week, and if the weekly off is on Saturday or Sunday, the number of working days in this month (Month '23) the working days would be 27, are you going to pay extra? With 26 working days presumed, one-day wages have to be calculated and accordingly deducted for a day's absence, irrespective of the actual no. of working days in the month.

Why exactly are you worried about base days?
Are you paying daily rated workers? In fact, only if you are paying daily can you pay a per day rate based on the number of days in the month. In fact, then you should be paying higher wages for the months with 31 days.
If you are using the base days to compute the deduction for absence without pay, then the answer will be different. So please provide all the relevant details instead of providing this as a theoretical case
