Hello Members, Would anyone have a format for the Appointment Letter / Offer Letter / Contract for a Consultant Board Advisor and if possible, a standard JD for the position?
It will be of great support if you could provide some information on the content.

Dear Reny Ismail,

If you are hiring a consultant who will also work in the "Board Adviser" capacity, then that person must also have provided consulting services. Therefore, tell this person to provide a quotation for the consulting services. This quotation will give you an idea of how to design the contract agreement. If you deem it fit, then tell this person to prepare the draft of the deal. The quality of the draft will bring out the intellectual depth of this person and obviously it will be a test of his consulting services.

Additionally, you may take help from my following previous reply:

The clause on non-disclosure is most important for this kind of position. Therefore, ensure that this clause is given adequate representation.

Thanks,
