Hello sir, My husband has a good offer from sterling he accepted and resigned from his old company - the date of Joining his new company and is saying that his BGV of the first company he worked with has a red flag. They have kept him old hold. saying that document he has submitted is forged. Now the issue is that the company which is in issue is closed for 3 years and no mail id or phone number are found. Moreover, they were taking a salary in cash ao no PF or form 16 is there what should we do now?

Every reason that you are putting forth sounds very dicey... If the situation is so bad , with no focus on proof or evidence, who will agree to your argument. Just imagine yourself in HR in the new department.. what will you do.... just think... It is very obvious now that the document is forged. To pre-empt queries, you are saying everything for probing the past. Naturally there will be a red flag..

Best wishes
