Dear All,
I joined one company in July 2016 (contract basic) & was converted on roll in May 2018, hence I tried transferring my PF and pension to the current employer's PF account (transfer initiated Aug'2021), both times my transfer request got rejected by the PF office stating that Wages more than 15K pension contribution deducted.
Upon checking, I was informed that since I was not eligible for pension (wages more than 15K) still my pension was deducted by the initial employer and the same practice was continued by the current employer.
Later, I was told by the current employer to get it corrected by the EX-employer, however It has been more than 6 months but not getting very satisfactory response from the EX-employer. I didnt get interest this year.
Now sure what is to be done hence seeking advise from the experts.
