if an employee resigned in oct and minimum wages revised in sep, then what is criteria for his full & final settelment. Can we make his full & final with old salary or revised it?? Plz advice.

Hi, What ever is revised by Sep that will be the final one. Full and Final settlement should be based Sep revision.
