Hi,

Why your company doesn't want to issue reliving letter for you. Have you served proper notice period or you left the office without any information?

In normal course when relieving order is not issued company will follow disciplinary process and after serving the termination letter employer will mark last working day in the employer PF portal. Till then you need to wait and then can claim or carry forward to other company if you desire so.

It is because clash between me and my superior.the company stand with my superior since he is senior. I can pay the one month salary as a notice period compensation. I want to know if i suddenly stop going to office from next month starting when will my current pf account will become inactive.so i can join another job

Hi,

What ever the situation might be , better get relieved properly with relieving letter either by paying one month salary in lieu of notice period or by serving one month notice. If you suddenly stop going to office then your employer will initiate disciplinary action and might mark last working day after termination process only. With proper relieving it would be easy.

PF is not governed by the company's rules and isn to under their controls either.
Your PF account is unaffected by your resignation / absconding status
Your joining a new job is also not affected by PF account.

If your new company also has PF, then you need to give your UAN and they will start crediting your PF to that account and it will continue.
