I work for a company. Here are incentives every month. But the amount is not the same. So what will be the esi deduct on the incentive?

Hi,

For ESI calculation, all the salary components that comprises of all the monthly payable amounts such as basic pay, dearness allowance, city compensatory allowance, HRA, incentive allowance and meal allowance to be considered.
