International BPO's operating in Mumbai by any reason like termination, resignation of employee , removal from services or dismissed why they have a policy of 45 days for full and final settlement, Also if the company HR has committed to an employee that we will process the FNF in due course not as per 45 days which is on record than what ?? Also if HR terminates an employee and on phone conversation asks to send resignation promising relieving letter and post employee giving resignation forcefully and post which HR sends termination letter on email than what needs to be done,Also termination of employee without any investigation if there is a concern than what needs to be done??

From what i can understand, this guy was working in an International BPO in Mumbai. He was asked by his HR over phone, to resign, promising him a release letter and FNF within 45 days as per the company policy. He has resigned but in the meantime company has also terminated his service though an email and now there is also uncertainty about his FNF.

Thanks BD

But it seems the original poster is either not interested or just posted some random stuff.
He has not responded to the query even after 1 week from his own post...

In any case, I don't know what someone not aware of the matter or company or circumstances will be able to tell him that he doe snot already know. He could just ask the HR what is the meaning of 'Due course'...
