Hi Every one

We are in a Glass engineering/Fabrication industry, We have Lifter, Crane, for loading unloading Glasses, So please let me know if still we have to register under Mathadi sanghtana???
Can any one please help me out in the Rates of Mathadi Kamgar for the years of 2022-2023.
All are requested to advice me on this as its very urgent.

Mathadi workers are required to be engaged if you do want to hire labour to do loading and unloading work using external labour. if you have your own permanent employees, then there is no need to register with Mathadi and use their people.

Good Evening Sir,

We are manufacturing Engineering company, we are in this business from past 45 years, recently we were approached by local Mathadi association to register our company with their board, we do undergo loading and unloading jobs but mostly done through crane support hardly manpower is required, than too we have internal addequate workers to take care.
We dont intend to get involved in registering ourselves in Mathadi board as we are aware of the hassels involved , request you to guide us with your knowledge and support .
* Wanted to understand the applicability of Mathadi workers for factory in Maharashtra.
* Is it mandate to get registered with Mathadi board.
* Is it mandate to hire Mathadi workers when factory itself has sufficient permenant workers for loading works.
* What measures should we take to avoid registering and overcome this problem.
Please guide us , it will be very helpful to us.
