My Contract just mention of "2 months" notice period. So should I consider it as full 60 days or just one full month and few days of of second month

Dear Raju,

Of course, a month is generally considered to comprise of 30 days.
But, when your contract says " two months " as the notice period it has to be interpreted as "two full consecutive months" irrespective of the number of days in each such month.

It means two consecutive months of notice period to be served regardless to the no. of days in the month.
