Hi all, I am working in a company which has a parent company and a sister company. Can appointment letters to all the employees (both working in parent and sister company) be given on letterhead of the parent company?
P.S. :- Offer Letter are given on letterhead of Parent Company. No provision for PF and ESI as it is a start up.
