Circular to all employees of Company.

Dear sir,
We have noticed that many of the employees in our organization were not obtaining prior permission from the sanctioning authority to claim to officiate allowance and the competent authority had taken the case leniently, taken the decision, and accorded sanction to them as well. It is to be informed that as per the strict instructions from Head office from 01.08.2021 onwards only the prior approved application will be sanctioned. If any branch wants to give officiating power to its officials for more than four days in month hereby instructed to obtain prior permission from sanctioning authority before given power to them in the system. Also, please note that allowance like, single window, Officiating allowance, Traveling and Halting allowance shall be claimed within 30 days from the date of respective duty that the official performed. All are requested to adhere to this instruction from 01.08
2021.
Kindly assist to beautify the circular

Dear Madhu,

Many members of this forum ask for the draft of this or that notice. Neither they provide sufficient information nor they come up with their draft. Nevertheless, you have come up with the draft for further medication. Good! Keep on trying your hand.

To improve the draft, it is important to talk to you. The notices are drafted better, provided one has a complete understanding of the background. Against this backdrop, you may call me tomorrow. I will suggest to you where the revision is required.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
