PF pension - death of a member due to COVID 19 - pension ratio of three heirs? What are all the documents required?

The member superannuated and subsequently died of Covid 19. He had left behind his wife, Son 16 years & Daughter ( 20 years) are still considered to be dependants. What is the pension ratio of the three heirs? What are all the documents required to claim a pension?
