Hi All,

I would like to know how to create a budget for employees celebration like below.
1)Employee birthday
2)Employee Anniversary
3)Retirement/farewell of an employee
4)Hospitalization of employee or their first degree relatives (Spouse, children, mother or father)
5)Death of his/her and their first degree relatives

The budget would depend basically on the number of employees involved in the establishment. If the number is upto 100 you can consider involving all, but more than 100 would make it an unmanageable crowd and may be disadvantageous. The groups have to be homogenous in terms of their physical accessibility. As regards Sl. NO. 1-3, you may not go for employee-wise celebration instead all the events falling on the same day could be clubbed together and celebrated so. As regards sl. no 4&5 is concerned, you can fix some amount depending on the financial capacity. (Any five-figure amount will be meaningful)
