Issue in Approving KYC/Online Claims on the PF portal - already update JAVA

Hi, While trying to approve the KYC and Online claim on the PF portal, I am facing an issue. I have attached the file for more ref.
Can some help me with the solution for this? I already update JAVA in the system.

insert the EPF registered Digital Signature token in USB port before going to open the page

Are you using Firefox? I thought the USB Digital Signature tokens and Java don't work in Firefox. I am having to use Maxthon browser for the same. Based on the screenshot it seems you have not inserted the token or not started it's software like Pro Key Token tool or ePass Token Manager or whichever is installed.

You should have the following versions of Firefox and Java in order to do Digital Signature. Firefox 40.0.2 Java 8
