Hi, I had worked from 2014 to 2017 in a company. Which got registered in 2016. But they gave me the experience of my whole tenure.
So I want to ask if this exp is valid or not. Will this affect my background verification. From 17-20, I had worked with different companies.
That Company is still working. And can verify also that yes I am working during the tenure.
Thanks

The experience for your employment from 2014 to 2017 is valid and has got nothing to do with registration of the company.
The "X" establishment was existing as a proprietary/Partnership. On later date the owner of the establishment thought that registration under companies Act would be best than previous one.
There is absolutely nothing wrong on it and you stay secured that would affect your background verification. it should not affect because you have got salary slip, EPF, Form-16 etc as proof against your employment for the period from 14-20.
