Dear ALL, This is regarding Maternity Benefit (Salary during Maternity Leave), As per Maternity Act need to calculate the Salary on daily wages.
For a Private organization it is a CTC concept where we frame Salary in CTC, kindly anybody clarify shall we calculate on CTC or Basic Salary. Request advise.
