Everyone, I am working as an HR intern in an IT company and total my head told me to find an experienced Android Developer on LinkedIn so I connect with The most senior Android Developer and I asked her expectations and total experience after that I got to know that over company only needs 1-year experience person and now I am confused how to revert her back as she asked for the reply as soon as possible.

You have to make it clear that presently there is no requirement for a senior person like her and would come back as and when opportunity arises. A false hope has been raised in the candidate and now there is no way other than to wriggle out. Be clear in your communication, you need to clearly understand the message to be communicated before committing yourself.
