Dear All, We are having many sites. Where around 100 manpower is there in each site. Clients are saying we need to maintain a hard copy of compliance registers. Clients are saying a minimum of 1000 manpower is needed for a soft copy of all compliance. Can we maintain all compliance in software for 100 manpower? maintaining a hard copy is a very tough job. Is it true? Benevolent guide.

Computerised records as well as hard copies help to ensure compliance qualities.Apart from this the various regiters are to be maintained at site for the inspections of labour officer or any concerned authority.
