I have put down papers in my current company owning to my health conditions (severe diabetic) and family issues and i have to take immediate decisions to avoid divorce notice from my wife. I am trying to relocate to a different place so that i can avoid internal family violence and take care of my health as well. However the company HR responded that notice period is 90 days, i am trying for jobs in other states informing 30 days is my notice period. What should I do now if the HR is not allowing to leave earlier than 90 days?
