Hey, everyone! Sorry if this sounds like a silly question. I'm new to the employment rules and regulations and despite that, I know the answer to my question logically should be "yes, why not?" The challenge is that I've been told that MSME cannot hire part-time employees and even if we hire them, we cannot state the number of hours they can work in a week or a month.
The notion that MSMEs can't hire a part-time employee is ridiculous! Of course, they can. But I could be wrong and needed validation.
Would the appointment letter mention the hours they work every day (4 hours a day), that is something I need clarification on for sure.
Please, can you help?
Also, what would a part-time employment offer look like?
