Good afternoon, sir, My name is Ruchi, I work as an accountant in a builder company. I started working here from 24/02/2020, as per ESI rules and regulation, it was the company's duty to get their employee registered within 10 days of joining, I submitted my documents to the HR but they did not contribute under ESI. When I got to know this in august that I registered myself under ESI, but now the problem is that I am unable to get my maternity benefit because an insured woman must be registered under ESI from 9 months previous her estimated date of delivery. Sir, it was the company's default that they did not pay a contribution from my joining because of that my maternity benefits are getting lapsed. Please help me to get any solution to my problem. My estimated date of delivery is 18th Dec 2020.
