Dear Nazeer,
Transfer is an incidence of service and it is the prerogative of the employer to decide who among his employees to work, where and how long without detriment to existing service conditions and status of employment of the transferee. The personal inconvenience, if any caused to the transferee cannot be a reason to resist the orders of transfer which is always an administrative exercise in the interest of the organization and as per the terms of the contract of employment or service regulations. It can be agitated only on the ground of colorable exercise of power or as a measure of victimization on the part of the employer.
If the transfer is likely to cause personal problems, better you approach the CEO and request for cancellation.
