Training and development - having stayed at home for several months at a stretch, it is possible the learning curve might be bending downwards

Due to the pandemic situation, many students, faculty members, employees are operating from home. Economy is slowly limping back to normalcy. However, having stayed at home for several months at a stretch, it is possible the learning curve might be bending downwards, due to lack of regular training, interaction with co-workers & colleagues at work, customers etc. Keeping this in mind, am proposing to conduct training programme for all, as per poster enclosed. I have already started this task in a small way.
