Hello I have 7 years of exp in IT,Before that I have 2 years of gap due to personal issue,prior to that I worked in a consultancy as a recruiter.now I got an offer in wipro,they initiated my background check.I mentioned all the details correctly. Will they verify my non-IT consultancy experience also, and I had some issues in that consultancy. For how many years of employment experience they do check in BGV
