Sir, I was working with XXX as a confirmed employee. But from April 2020 manager forced to stop working and leave the company.
But do not give any information in writing or mail.
And my reporting is also blocked from April 2020.
I regularly informing managers to unlock my reporting but they do not unlock.
Finally, I give notice for one month on 26 june for leaving.
So that company sends me a reliving letter on 15 july 2020.
And BLOCKING my mail ID.
NOW WHAT I CAN DO FOR MY FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PAY MY ACTIVITY EXPENSES, AND NOR ANY SALARY FROM APRIL 2020.
PLEASE SUGGEST.

Deepak - calm down please, there is nothing in this world that cannot be faced and discussed over. Please relax.

Practical advice:

1. It is evident from the demeanor of the organization that they are not interested in continuing your employment. You have already been relieved from the company services. The missing part is FNF statement.

2. Please e-mail your company HR, HR business partner and your reporting manager - stating the fact that, as per terms of the employment contract - salary till Last Working Date plus incurred business expenses should be reimbursed to you and settled as a part of your FNF statement. Wait for HR's response.

3. If HR doesn't respond after 3 reminders - you have an option to discuss the matter with local labour office and stating the case facts and seek settlement. Have all the e-mails and documents sent by you/ received by you - as proofs - so to support your case in future.
