Whether original investigation report of a PSU Sector can be given to the investigating agencies e.g CBI/State Police/CID if it is desired for under the relevant sections of IPC/CrPC. If not, reasons thereof.

I presume, this may be a case, originally enquired into departmentally and transferred to CBI thereafter. I don't think you'll have any reason not to share the case file with investigating authorities for further investigation. Due approval has to be obtained in advance. Before doing so, should ensure whether the departmental inquiry has been concluded and an award has been passed or still remain inconclusive. If the follow up going to be by state police, it's a different issue. There cannot be two cases for the same offence by two different agencies.
