I am on maternity leave in my company. I have 25+ sick leaves that I want to avail once my maternity is over. I am not in the best of my health both physically and mentally but have no serious medical condition either. I do have constant pelvic girdle pain and gastric issues post delivery, but I doubt this qualifies for sick leave. What could be the best way to avail 25+ sick days in a stretch? Please note that I will never be able to avail these sick leaves in future and due to some financial constraints, I'd be grateful of getting paid for 25 days of sick leaves too.
Your answer or guidance will be appreciated.
