Hi Everyone, I need your help regarding salary break up. Ours is a Softdrinks manufacturing company, registered under factory act . We all are getting salary and getting pay slips with break ups like Basic+DA 60%, HRA 20% and UA 20%.
Now my doubt is how can an employer get benefit if we gave breakups on salary according to factory act rules and Minimum wages act.
**for example
Gross Salary = Rs.30,700/-
Basic +DA = Rs.18,420/-
HRA = Rs. 6,140/-
UA = Rs.6,140/-
Can anyone let me know how to breakup the above salary with right components
