What should I do in case future employer extending my joining date again and again due to lockdown? I already left my pre organization and now I am jobless, waiting for joining new employer.
They are also not ready to provide remote joining.
Company is Indian based MNC.

Hi
Be patient. In the current scenario no employer will be able to hire even though it was pre committed. You may wait till the end of the 'stay at home'. However keep in touch with them.

There is nothing wrong by extending your joining date again and again due to lock down by the employer. The current situation is like that and not only you but many others under the cloud of uncertainty.
There is nothing left than to wait till situation improves & gets a call for joining. The situation may compel the employer to scratch all new joining/appointments. Please do not lose hope & pray god, that things get better soon.

Dear colleague,
Their action of extending your joining shows their inability as well as genuine interest in hiring you. So have patience, be in touch with them and have faith in God's blessings when time ripens things will turn in your favior.
