Hi to all, My question is suppose we are giving 7 days CL in a year than how many CL should be given in a month as on dividing 7/12 gives 0.58 Regards Abhishek

Hi Abhishek, The act speaks about annual CL/SL leaves but not about monthly. Please go through the attachment its applicable for Haryana and Punjab may or may not be for Delhi .

Hi Abhishek, It can be given on quarterly basis like first day of start of every quarter, by that way calculation will be easier. Calculation can be done on yearly and half yearly basis.
