Hi,
1. Mask mandatory for all the employees.
2. Sanitizer placed near punching machine , needs to be used before you punch.
3. Will start temperature checking also at the entry gates.
4. Leave to all the employees suffering from cough,cold or running nose.
5. Awareness sessions for BC workers.
6. Canteen hygiene upgraded.

Apart from what Mr. Sandeep suggest you can do the following:
1. Awareness about personal hygiene.
2. Cleanliness in office and on desk.
3. Allow extra leaves to person infected.
4. Avoid going on public places.
5. Avoid travelling.
6.WFH - depend on situation in your area.
Internet facility should be provided in case of WFH.

My company business has been badly hit because of coronavirus effect. To control our expenses, we are taking a salary cut and reducing administrative cost. Since there is no work, can we ask few employees to go on leave without pay? Is there a provision of such clause where the employer can ask this
