Hello, If employer send you mail that they DISCHARGE you form Service by giving reason that "Management informed you 3 months before to search new job because of poor performance and lot of leaves",
But employer did not provide any evidence or written proof about this and still sent discharge mail to employees when he/she was on leave.
So, my question, is it right procedure to terminate someone like this?
and also they write reason of leaving is Terminate in Experience Letter.
If employee want their full settlement then he/she has to accept Experience Letter with Terminate word and he/she has fear that it will impacted on their future career. So please clarify the procedure and also clarify how "Termination" word impact on your future company
