Hi All;
I need more insight on how Companies manages their own PF Account. There have been Companies like Wipro, Team Lease etc who manages their own PF Account without linking or partially linking with central Government PF facilities.
How exactly this works? and how Company gets benefits out of this as compared to regular PF?
