Dear All,
Can any one help on the above listed issue. Initially Govt had announced incentive under PMRPY scheme and now sending notices and displaying recovery challans in Unified portal.
Any incentive should have not been given in first place if the claimed individual was not fit as per the scheme. Moreover, recovery of principal amount is justified to some extent but asking for 7Q and 14B is not making sense.
Employer is at double loss , he is paying the principal amount as well as the damages and penalty. If the benefit would have been calculated correctly by the EPF department in the first place, the employer must had paid the principle amount at that very moment and would have got saved from paying damages and penalty in PMRPY.
I request the experts to add their comments on this and suggest us the way out. How to take this further? Paying principal amount is ok but one should not forced to pay the damages and penalty under PMRPY.

this is due to an employee submitted withdrawal claim and withdrawal is not happen IF AADHAR is not linked with his account. so employee update the same and duplicate AADHAR tracked in system.
1. need to chack Form-11 (Declaration) whether he/she declaired previous member ship details YES/NO.
2. if No than we can write letter to RPFC about this.
