EPF Private Trust - resigned from the company after serving the notice period, what is the procedure to withdraw the PF?

My previous company's PF is in Exempted category (EPF Private Trust). I have resigned from the company after serving the notice period, what is the procedure to withdraw the PF. And how do i proceed if the company denies my PF.

trust pf can be claimed through the employer only
