- Liabilities as per Employee Compensation Act (amendment of WC Act in 2009)
- If the employee is covered under ESI and organisation and employee followed the rules specified in Shops or Factories Act, ESI Corporation will take care.
- If not covered in ESI but employer has covered employees under Group Accident Insurance, Medical Claim kind of policies, based on the scope of coverage, Insurance companies will take care.
