Variables in salary structure - getting confused how to mention it on experience letter

Hello Folks, We hired candidate on salary variables that is 15000 basic plus 3000 as an if they achieved their target, but now I am getting confused how to mention it on experience letter.

It is not a standard manner to include salary structure in the experience letter. You could issue a salary structure per annum, separately. Show performance pay is pre-defined and part of CTC as per appointment order, show that in the structure.
