Dear All,
Now am facing some issue, it's 10 years old company but the HR is right now build up So,
we have one mobile crane last month the driver make accident in out side of company it's happens problems now it's solved.
But,
Future the vehicle in case have to move out side our own work what can i do.
have any permission, like, Gate pass etc,...
now am getting permission from MD regarding this, this is not stable. let me advice me all

What is the purpose of the vehicle/crane?
What for was it purchased?
If duty of company requires it to go outside, it should be sent.
Have a system of permissions to go outside company.
List out nature of duties which are/can be done outside.
Specify a designation which can approve outside trips.
Log books for place visited, purpose, duration, name of driver, distance covered etc can be recorded.
Ensure proper insurance for vehicle and driver with additional insurance for any authorised passenger who officially needs to accompany vehicles.
Ensure any additional compliances for such vehicles from State RTO are always up to date.
Make a comprehensive SOP for use of crane.
